Favorite Beer: “All of them. They are like my children”

Jon has been home brewing for over 20 years and has a deep love for craft beer. He enjoys everything from lagers to IPAs to stouts, but his all-time favorite is a hoppy amber ale. “I love working at Harper Lane Brewery. There’s a genuine sense of community here, great people, and it’s just a lot of fun!”

Favorite Beer: Septemberfest & Waves of Chaos. But also Mountain Weekend IPA & Sneaky Exit Irish Red

Bianca has been with us since the beginning, and when she isn’t slinging beers and making you laugh, she’s living it up with her two spawns Mia and Gigi. In the off-season you’ll find her in her kitchen cheffin it up gangsta style. And when she’s not growing a mean Sourdough starter, she enjoys long walks on the beach or kicking your ass at paddle ball.

Ginny has been behind the bar since we opened in 2024! When she’s not working as a hospice nurse or behind the bar, she is usually digging in her garden or traveling in her RV with her husband and their two fur babies, Anna & Roscoe.

Favorite Beer: Betty or Waves of Chaos NEIPA

If you’ve come to the brewery on any Sunday since we’ve opened, then you probably recognize Nicole! Her two happy places are the great outdoors and a good brewery. Basically, a professional 'hike and then beer' enthusiast.

Favorite Beer: Chocolate Milk Stout

Kiley is the tallest addition to the team! Her favorite things are the beach and sprinkles of Christmas all year long. After teaching during the week, Kiley loves pouring beers on Sundays!

Favorite Beer: Down the Track NEIPA

Ashley might be a familiar face to you Middleboro locals - she’s been working in town for 16 years. While she’s currently on maternity leave after welcoming her daughter, Maxine, don’t be surprised if you see her around the brewery this summer, pint in hand and Maxine in tow. She just can’t seem to stay away…

Favorite Beer: Lindworm Dunkelweizen

Leigh started at Harper Lane in May 2025. When she is not teaching or behind the bar, she enjoys the beach, fitness classes at the gym, fresh water fishing, and hanging out with her husband and two kids at home.

Favorite Beer: Pils 221

Cam is another one that’s been here since the beginning - but he only works when he feels like it. He’s a Middleboro native and he also plays bass in a bitchin band.

Favorite Beer: PBR

Sam is one of the smallest additions here at Harper Lane! When she’s not here at the brewery, she is running her dog walking/sitting business. She has over 20 years of bartending experience and a great love for life, animals, nature, and of course, beer!
