At Chase Veterinary Clinic, we understand that pets are beloved members of the family. Unfortunately, unexpected illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies can create financial challenges for families who want to provide care for their pets.

Years ago, members of our local community came together to create a medical assistance fund to help families facing these difficult situations. Since then, this fund has allowed Chase Veterinary Clinic to provide support in select cases where financial hardship creates a barrier to necessary veterinary care.

We are hosting a community fundraiser to help replenish this fund and continue supporting pets and families in our community and we hope to see YOU there!!!
